There will be more signs, props, critters, and theme items, as well as other suppllies needed by lawn greeters available through our site. More than ever before now is a great time to be opening your very own lawn greeting business, or adding to your already existing business. As this year draws to a close we look back, take stock, and make decisions about the future. It has been more than a decade for Clark Novelty Sign Sales, Inc. and things are about to change. Shaking things up, changing the way we do business, making it easier for those interested in starting a lawn greeting display business to do so with our products.

Looking back the journey to where we are today, has taught us many valuable lessons, and shown us many new avenues to pursue. Here at the edge of a new decade we prepare ourselves and our businesses to take on new challenges and open new doors to create a better world for those around us as well as those whom we do business with.

Our newest Dealership Just 4 Laughs Lawn Displays in Columbus OH is finally open and taking orders. The web site is up but I am having problems gettting her graphics to work, I'll keep at it until I figure out what the problem is. It has taken her a little longer than planned to get her business up and running. SHe had planned on using the name Just Kidding Yard Displays, which her cousin had registered and was going to use, however she moved to PA and it not using that business name. Wanting something more her own she chose to come up with a different name.

The products she will be using are a first for us, they are made with corogated plastic (10 mil) have a partial slice down one side so she can fold them and easily place them in her car and measure 48 inches by 48 inches unfolded, the messages slide out for a quick change, like all of our dealers her signs come with 2 sayings. She can fit 3 complete displays in her Honda Accord.

We wish her luck, and will be placing this new style of our signs on the market in a few months, once we see how they hold up.

I still prefer the look of wood and well as working with the wood for the sign substrate. I don't care for the ribs of the corogated plastic that show through the vinyl, as well as the fact that the wood signs I know will hold up to repeated rentals for several years, I am not so sure about how long the corogate will last. Why spend that kind of money on a sign that you will have to replace in 2 to 3 years when for another $150.00 you can get a sign that will last 3 times as long? Just my 2¢ for the night.
